Wow, we really have no idea what is going in our food. I read this and decided to make my own pancake and waffles mix. I can make them and freeze them. Why should I buy processed wood pulp. I’m saddened by lack of concern these agencies have in regards to what goes into our food. YMC makes our gluten free baked goods without eggs and dairy. Every week we add something new.
We also use spelt flour on our vegan baked goods. I love spelt and its low in Carbs and yummy.
Gluten free items use seperate labeled equipment in addition to sterilization to avoid cross contamination. We take every precaution to prevent cross contamination.

We have been traveling and now we are back. You will see me soon at your local farmer’s market, craft fair, or food event. We are about to blow up with these amazing simple and healthy creations. We make it a point to use as local and as organic as possible in all our wonderful treats. I also am expanding to ship cupcakes in a jar for those that live far and wide. I also am expanding my menu to include other delights like vegan donuts. And you can special order savory dishes like vegan mac n cheese which is my go to comfort food.
