FAQ
- What do you bake? We bake vegan and gluten free cupcakes as well as cookies, muffins, and other treats.
- What type of ingredients do you use? We use flours like white spelt and gluten free as well as non-GMO, and organic ingredients. We make every effort to use local, organic ingredients.
- Is everything organic? No, we use as many ingredients as possible that are organic, gluten free, non-GMO, and kosher. We have a mix of everything to give you the healthiest ingredients possible.
- Where are you located? We are a cottage industry located in Panama City Beach, FL.
- How do I order? Please call, text, or email us your order. We do need 48-72 hours. For larger orders, we like a week or longer time frame.
Size: We normally bake by the dozens. However, 4s or 6s are available at the individual cupcake price. The discount is available at the dozen rate $48/GF. For, smaller orders, we do not deliver. You can pick up on the beach. Call for directions. Vegan Cupcakes are $4 and Gluten Free cupcakes $5.
- What are your hours? We bake Fri-Sunday, 7am-9pm. We also schedule pick up and delivery during this time. We are open Monday – Wednesday 12-noon-5pm for Questions and orders. Expedited orders are available for additional fee and holiday hours may be extended.
- Why aren’t you open everyday?Simply, it is not cost effective at this time. We hope to offer more more hours in 2012. Show us your support!
- Do you host parties? Yummy Mummy Cupcakery hosts boys and girls cupcake decorating parties for ages 5 and up! Whether for a kid’s birthday party or bridal shower, decorating cupcakes is fun, especially when you do it with friends. We supply the cupcakes, icing, and decorations as well as me, to help in making the masterpieces. I believe it should be messy and fun. Everyone will go home with a box of cupcakes. A parent or parents need to be present and it’s always fun to have music as well. I recommend your children’s favorite hits.

- How do I pick up my order? Call to arrange pick up in PCB or at one of our local events.(518)209-4262.
- Do you deliver? Yes, in 32407 a flat rate of $8. We are expanding our delivery area. Please call for more information and rates.
- I need cupcakes tomorrow. What is your turn around time? We need 48 hours at least to make an order. If the order is larger we need a week plus. Please call in advance. It is possible to expedite an order with an additional cost. Please call for arrangements.
- Do you offer refunds? We do not. However, if you are very unhappy call us and we will discuss the situation with you.
- Do you do themed cupcakes? It depends. We do have vegan gluten free kosher food colorings available to make cupcakes more colorful and we do make our own colorful sprinkling sugar. The integrity of our cupcakes are important so, we want to use the healthiest ingredients. We can also buy cupcake toppers and other decorations at your request. Please call to discuss your order and get a quote.

Decorations: We make our own colored frostings and colored sprinkling sugar using vegan kosher glute free food coloring. If you need a specific color just ask. These may not always be available right away. Just ask.
We can get cupcake toppers for themed events. Must order at least 10-14 days in advance.

About our prices: Our prices are a reflection of the ingredients used to make yummy mummy cupcakes high quality, healthy and as organic as possible. We use organic, natural, and local ingredients. Our sugar is organic, our vanilla is pure not imitation, our milk is organic and dairy free, our butter is vegan, and our cupcakes are baked fresh and from scratch. Last but not least our cupcakes are made from love. Enjoy!
Disclaimer: We are not nut free. We do use almond milk. However, my son has serious tree nut allergies and has not had any issues with the products. We make every effort to make sure our gluten free products are made with separate, labeled equipment which is sterilized in between. We also label your orders so, you know what you are eating. We are a cottage industry.

Classes/Parties
Cupcakes make a great addition to any birthday party, baby shower, wedding or corporate event.
Since Yummy Mummy Cupcakery bakes from scratch, we require at least 72 hours advance. We need a minimum of one week’s notice for orders of more than 100 cupcakes. For larger orders such as weddings and special events, please give us as much notice as possible to ensure that we can create perfect cupcakes for your event. You’re more than welcome to give us a call and see what we can do to accommodate last minute requests. Special decorations are available upon request for an additional charge. Please note, all special orders must be paid for in advance.

Mini cupcakes have become a popular special order item. Because minis are labor intensive and we bake from scratch, we have a set policy for ordering:
• There is a dozen per flavor minimum
• We need 5 days notice (which we ask for all special orders)
• You can only select flavors from the daily menu for the date of your order
• Mini Vanilla and Chocolate are available every day
• Certain flavors are not available as a mini version
• Minis are $30.00 per dozen (vegan only)

What I love about our vegan gluten free carrot cupcakes is they taste amazing! You would never know they were made without eggs or dairy let alone gluten free. I cannot even describe how good these are with their creamy delicious cream cheese frosting. OMG yumm!

Artificial Colorings May Be Harmful
Scientists have determined a link between artificial food coloring and cancer. Other studies have linked artificial food coloring with brain tumors, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and other disruptive behavior, especially in children. It’s believed that the tar and hydrocarbon derivatives as well as petrochemicals used to manufacture artificial food coloring are the culprits to these diseases and disorders.
None of these additives have any beneficial or nutritional value to the human body. The concern is so great that the FDA (Food and Drug Association) has ordered warning labels be placed on foods containing artificial dyes and coloring.
There’s pressure from advocacy groups to ban the sale and use of some of the most common dyes and colorings.

Bugs For Coloring
It may sound fishy, but it’s true, bugs are the hottest wave in food coloring. Cochineal, which is a red beetle, has been used for decades to add a red color to food.Some of those foods are:
- Candy
- Jam
- Yogurt
- Milk
- Sausage
- Marinades
- Sauces
- Cola drinks
The way for you to know if you’re consuming red beetles is to check the label. Although it won’t read, red beetle, it can appear under several different names that unless you know what they are, you’d never suspect what it is.
