What I love about our vegan gluten free carrot cupcakes is they taste amazing! You would never know they were made without eggs or dairy let alone gluten free. These are a favorite among my non-veggie family. I love to see the reaction when they gobble them up and request more. Its rich in flavor with organic fresh carrots and pure vanilla.
