Wow, we really have no idea what is going in our food. I read this and decided to make my own pancake and waffles mix. I can make them and freeze them. Why should I buy processed wood pulp. I need some goodies!!! I am ready to be a guinea pig for cupcakes in a jar. This is sooo wrong!!! I finally return to NY and you move down to Florida. I had some vegan, gf cookies from another vendor recently and they were dry. She explained that occurs with gf cookies when they sit out all day or after a few hours. I don’t remember. I don’t remember because I tuned her out after a bit, because I have experienced different with Yummy Mummy Cupcakery’s cookies. I figured she didn’t do something right. Oh well. Now I have to fly or drive down to the PH for some delicious and healthy baked good from Yummy Mummy Cupcakery. Also, we have to finish discuss those gift baskets I wanted to send. Denzil X.
